TL;DR

Strategic Account Representative (Enterprise Technology): Driving strategic enterprise opportunities in the ANZ territory by selling hirify.global’s software, services, and support with an accent on building and expanding strategic accounts, managing pipeline and forecasts, and meeting quarterly and annual bookings objectives. Focus on uncovering new and existing account opportunities, leading product presentations, and coordinating cross-functional activities such as webinars and industry events.

Location: Australia (Preferred Location: Sydney)

What you will do

  • Close business to meet or exceed quarterly and annual bookings objectives.
  • Acquire net new logos and uncover growth opportunities in existing accounts to build a sales pipeline.
  • Maintain and track opportunities and interactions in SFDC, including managing opportunities and forecasting.
  • Lead presentations of the company and product line to prospects and customers.
  • Build strong relationships that drive growth opportunities and customer success.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities such as webinars, trade shows, and industry events.

Requirements

  • At least 8+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced, highly competitive market with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling professional services.
  • Technical sales experience in database technology is a strong advantage.
  • Completion of MEDDIC (or equivalent) sales methodology training.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional relationship-building ability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS sales and/or understanding of hyperscalers and as-a-service offerings.
  • Experience selling databases to developers.
  • Experience selling through a partner ecosystem across ANZ countries.
