What you will do

  • Acquire new corporate customers and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and support early adoption of the platform.
  • Manage and reactivate onboarded, inactive, and churned accounts to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve products.
  • Document customer interactions and market insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Stay informed on competitive trends and emerging market dynamics in fintech.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success in fintech or financial services.
  • Fluent in English and French; knowledge of local languages is required.
  • Proven track record managing B2B relationships in emerging markets.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and split time between office and field visits.
