TL;DR

Partner Business Manager (AI): Building and scaling the partner ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand with an accent on recruiting SIs, consulting firms, and cloud marketplace partners. Focus on driving partner-sourced revenue, developing joint go-to-market strategies, and establishing the foundational partner program for an AI-native platform.

Location: Must be based in Australia with willingness to travel across ANZ.

What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners including SIs, consulting firms, and ISVs.
  • Own pipeline targets and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced ARR.
  • Deliver technical enablement, sales training, and marketing support to partners.
  • Co-sell with direct sales teams to progress joint opportunities.
  • Structure commission frameworks, deal registration, and incentive programs.
  • Represent the ANZ market internally to global leadership.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in partner/channel sales or alliance management within enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of scaling channel revenue in the ANZ market.
  • Existing relationships with major SIs and technology consultancies in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Experience with cloud marketplaces and co-sell motions.
  • Must be based in Australia.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS economics and partner margin structures.

Nice to have

  • Background in CRM, support, or developer tools platforms.
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven SaaS products.
  • Prior experience at a company that scaled from $10M-$100M ARR.
