Focus on developing regional go-to-market strategy, partnering with cross-functional teams, and exceeding revenue targets.

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets across mid-market and enterprise organizations throughout EMEA.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through inbound demand, outbound prospecting, partner relationships, and customer referrals.
  • Own opportunities ranging from fast-moving commercial transactions to complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Create an unparalleled customer experience throughout the sales life cycle.
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive customer expansion and strategic account growth.
  • Collaborate with EMEA leadership to establish repeatable processes, local market strategy, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Experience selling to security, engineering, platform, or developer-focused organizations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments with evolving processes and strategy.
  • Strong communication skills including engagement with C-Suite executives.
  • Willingness to travel for customer and company meetings as needed.
