Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vancouver, BC (Hybrid: 3 days in-office)
Salary: 96,000–132,000 CAD per year

What you will do
- Translate complex product positioning into a cohesive brand narrative across web, social, and earned media.
- Lead the editorial rebuild of the corporate website to maximize search visibility and AI-answer engine discoverability.
- Produce high-value content including whitepapers, in-depth articles, and executive thought leadership pieces.
- Evolve the Fraud Files initiative and develop new programs to support 2026 narrative goals.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Revenue, Engineering, and Government Relations to ensure editorial excellence.
- Set and maintain writing standards across the marketing organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy and writing within B2B tech or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of executing marketing content that converts in agile, scale-up settings.
- Baseline technical literacy with concepts like APIs, SDKs, and protocols.
- Demonstrated success in AEO/LLM visibility or technical SEO.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory and technical subject matter into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience in compliance or security categories where trust is a key buying factor.
Nice to have
- Experience launching brands or sub-brands into new verticals.
- Background in developer marketing or builder-community-facing content.
- Proficiency with design and presentation tools like Figma.
