What you will do

• Lead and scale a high-performing AI FDE team through hiring, mentoring, and process development.
• Develop and expand executive-level relationships with key public sector stakeholders.
• Align with Sales and Field Engineering to define joint strategies for strategic accounts.
• Lead strategic AI initiatives and design scalable, reusable delivery models.
• Influence Product and R&D roadmaps based on customer insights and delivery learnings.
• Own OKRs related to revenue, utilization, and public references for AI-services led accounts.

Requirements

• Active U.S. government security clearance (Secret or higher strongly encouraged).
• Must be based in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia area.
• Extensive experience managing and scaling high-performing data science or ML engineering teams.
• Deep technical expertise in ML, GenAI, and data science in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven success in cross-functional leadership and driving business impact through AI.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
