What you will do

• Deploy AI-driven monitoring and operational intelligence solutions.
• Develop automation for incident detection, response, and remediation.
• Analyze operational data to identify patterns and predict failures.
• Implement event correlation and anomaly detection.
• Integrate AI tools with ServiceNow ITOM and other ITSM platforms.
• Build dashboards and operational analytics to improve system availability and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of infrastructure/cloud engineering experience.
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in IT operations and cloud environments.
• Active Secret clearance and ability to attain DEA suitability.
• Proficiency with AIOps platforms and strong understanding of ML concepts.
• Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, and New Relic.
• Advanced Python scripting skills for automation and data processing.
