Salary: $182,000 - $245,000 USD / 200,000 - 235,000 CAD (OTE)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to support Enterprise customer opportunities and ensure on-time solution delivery.
• Guide customers through the technical evaluation process to ensure the solution meets key business objectives.
• Conduct deep discovery, solution design, and technical validation for complex enterprise needs.
• Present compelling stories through product demonstrations that highlight hirify.global's value.
• Lead hands-on workshops and trials for prospective clients.
• Influence product direction by representing the customer voice in the Enterprise segment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally within the web development space.
• Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Consultative approach to problem-solving and passion for helping customers solve technical challenges.
• Strong storytelling, discovery, and presentation skills.
• Must have valid right to work in the US or Canada (specifically BC or ON).

• Ability to automate routine tasks using AI.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
