What you will do

• Guide the technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA from discovery to closing.
• Create tailored demonstrations and narratives that align the platform with high-level business outcomes.
• Lead complex proof-of-concepts (POCs), defining success criteria and quantifying business value.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions.
• Partner with Account Executives on deal orchestration and coordinate with Product/Engineering for onboarding.
• Support RFP responses and provide customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and German.
• 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within the SaaS or software sector.
• Proven success supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations.
• Ability to engage both technical teams (architects/developers) and C-suite executives (CIO/CDO).
• Hands-on experience with web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA.

Nice to have

• Experience in Digital Experience Analytics or CXM platforms.
• Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data architecture, or tagging strategies.
• Background in high-growth SaaS or digital transformation consulting.
