What you will do
- Guide the technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA from discovery to closing.
- Create tailored demonstrations and narratives that align the platform with high-level business outcomes.
- Lead complex proof-of-concepts (POCs), defining success criteria and quantifying business value.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions.
- Partner with Account Executives on deal orchestration and coordinate with Product/Engineering for onboarding.
- Support RFP responses and provide customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and German.
- 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within the SaaS or software sector.
- Proven success supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations.
- Ability to engage both technical teams (architects/developers) and C-suite executives (CIO/CDO).
- Hands-on experience with web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA.
Nice to have
- Experience in Digital Experience Analytics or CXM platforms.
- Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data architecture, or tagging strategies.
- Background in high-growth SaaS or digital transformation consulting.
