TL;DR

Lead Solutions Engineer (SaaS): Driving technical sales for Enterprise customers by identifying business challenges and delivering product demonstrations with an accent on ITSM, ITAM, and ESM platforms. Focus on gathering complex requirements, articulating value propositions, and optimizing the user experience through AI-first software.

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in Boston, MA (onsite 3x/week, Tuesday - Thursday). Mention of Denver, CO also present.

Salary: $136,085 – $168,105 USD

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Enterprise customers to identify and address critical business challenges.
  • Support the sales team by conducting discovery calls and delivering high-impact product demonstrations.
  • Gather and analyze requirements to clearly define and solve customer problems.
  • Build and present compelling demonstrations of hirify.global products to diverse audiences.
  • Articulate the strategic value of hirify.global solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Evangelize the refreshing user experience offered by the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in Solution Engineering.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with excellent presentation abilities.
  • Proven capability to work on cross-functional teams to solve business and technical challenges.
  • Demonstrated time management skills in a dynamic sales environment managing multiple deals.
  • Must be able to work onsite 3x/week from the Boston office.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling SaaS products to SLED or Manufacturing customers.
  • Experience with ITSM platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
