What you will do

  • Lead a group of Team Leaders and Technical Supervisors to deliver unit and individual KPI targets.
  • Assist in delivering the financial budget through monthly performance analysis and forecasting.
  • Manage client growth and ensure the delivery of excellent client care and quality against SLAs.
  • Oversee capacity planning and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Foster an environment of high morale and engagement, celebrating team success and encouraging participation.
  • Regularly review and optimize operational processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of managing teams and developing team members to their full potential.
  • Evidence of achieving past and current operational objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively plan and prioritize workloads.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and verbal skills.
  • Confident decision-making ability and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient IT skills and commercial awareness.

Nice to have

  • Proven experience in mentoring team members.
  • Previous experience with MI reporting and analysis.
