What you will do

• Monitor and evaluate supplier contractual agreements, including SOWs and SLAs, to ensure full compliance.
• Analyze service level data to drive supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage supplier spend, track actuals, and implement initiatives to reduce operational costs.
• Lead strategic business reviews and manage quality actions or improvement plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve service issues and enhance satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for suppliers regarding all service-related matters.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, GBR and able to work on-site at least twice per week.
• Strong understanding of supplier management, contract governance, and service delivery frameworks.
• Proven experience in analyzing performance data and managing SLAs and KPIs.
• Experience in auditing, budget tracking, and operational cost management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for both remote and in-person interactions.
• Ability to resolve complex issues involving multiple stakeholders.
