What you will do

  • Lead the implementation of Finance-wide transformation, including outsourcing, centres of excellence, and global process ownership.
  • Design and execute service management strategies aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders and manage the relationship with third-party outsource providers.
  • Oversee service governance, lead service reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage major incidents and problem management processes to ensure root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Mentor Service Management Leads and Analysts to promote a culture of service excellence.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK (London).
  • Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes, specifically within finance or insurance.
  • Significant expertise in implementing best practice global processes.
  • Leadership experience in outsourcing service management within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external third-party suppliers.
