What you will do

• Own client relationships and drive exceptional customer satisfaction (CSAT)
• Lead end-to-end service delivery aligned to SLAs, KPIs, and business goals
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, and proactively resolve operational issues
• Drive continuous service improvement and operational efficiency
• Manage risk, contracts, and service performance reporting
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver and evolve client solutions and grow engagements

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in client-facing roles, project or program management, or service industry positions
• Solid understanding of ITIL principles and best practices with hands-on experience managing SLAs
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex information for clients and internal teams
• Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to advocating for client needs
• Proven leadership ability to motivate teams and delegate tasks effectively
• Must be based in the United Kingdom
