What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior digital workspace engineers and technical staff.
• Define and execute the practice strategy for Microsoft 365 modernization, SharePoint architecture, and Copilot adoption.
• Provide technical oversight, escalation support, and quality assurance for complex client engagements.
• Collaborate with architects and sales teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Ensure high availability, security, and SLA compliance for client digital workspace environments.
• Promote automation, monitoring, and best practices across the team.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Government Security Clearance.
• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering and consulting.
• 5+ years of experience in a people leadership or management role.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 and SharePoint architecture projects.
• Strong background in Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and security frameworks like Zero Trust.
