What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Drive end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments.
• Own customer success from technical implementation through delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape enterprise AI delivery.
• Mentor the team on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and enterprise-grade deployments.
• Optimize performance for OpenSearch, databases, and other K8s services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Hands-on experience deploying enterprise software at scale.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.
• High agency and a "doer" mentality to solve problems independently.
• English: Excellent communication skills required

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional European languages.
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure.
• Background in enterprise security and compliance.
