What you will do
- Manage, hire, and mentor a team of 7-8 engineers across multiple sub-disciplines.
- Define the infrastructure roadmap, balancing reliability, security, and product team needs.
- Oversee operational health, including on-call rotations, incident response, and SLO management.
- Partner with product, data, and security leadership to ensure platform reliability and performance.
- Drive security posture, identity, and access management initiatives.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and test automation to improve developer velocity and confidence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure, platform, SRE, or DevOps teams.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proven track record of running on-call rotations and managing incident response.
- Deep experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in CI/CD, identity management, and access control.
- Ability to set priorities and manage roadmaps under pressure.

- Experience managing or working closely with security engineering programs.
- Multi-cloud environment experience.
- Background in scaling platform teams through rapid company growth.
- Experience in energy, utilities, IoT, or other regulated domains.
- Perspective on implementing AI-assisted development tools.
