Project Manager (AI/Cloud)

Location: Remote from Mexico; current legal authorization to work in Mexico is required. Up to 25% travel may be required.

What you will do

• Manage client projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Create project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and SOW deliverables.
• Manage SOW scope, negotiate discrepancies, drive prioritization, and protect project schedules and budgets.
• Maintain project compliance through status reporting, PSA Health reporting, sprint reviews, and risk and issue management.
• Facilitate backlog creation with definitions, acceptance criteria, and estimates, and manage delivery through Jira reports.
• Build client trust, lead difficult conversations, deliver business outcomes, and identify future opportunities with Delivery teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a client-facing Project Manager role.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting or professional services.
• Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Experience with project management methodologies, forecasting, budget management, and revenue projections.
• Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
• Current legal authorization to work in Mexico is required; visa or work permit sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with infrastructure modernization, application development, or data engineering.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and technologies.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or willingness to obtain it within 90 days.
• Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
