What you will do

  • Manage projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies with minimal supervision.
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budget estimates.
  • Facilitate backlog creation and manage team work through Jira reports.
  • Build and maintain client trust through consistent communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Monitor project health, including PSA reporting, risk management, and sprint reviews.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to surface future opportunities and ensure client business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a client-facing Project Manager role.
  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Experience managing projects over $500,000 with teams of 5 or more.
  • Must be based in Mexico.
  • No visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with infrastructure modernization, application development, or data engineering.
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
