Project Manager-Technology (AI)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; employees work in the office at least four days per week and may work from home one day per week.

Salary: $100,000–$137,000 per year, plus potential variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead multiple technology initiatives and enhancements from planning through delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate requirements, design, execution, documentation, resources, timelines, and project financials.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery blockers across teams.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Partner with Product Owners, customers, sponsors, business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and operations teams to prioritize delivery outcomes.
• Track delivery metrics and use Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Copilot, and Jira AI to improve reporting and workflow management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least five years managing projects or serving as a Scrum Master for medium-to-large technology initiatives.
• Experience delivering projects against business, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, ServiceNow, and related tools.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, project plans, test plans, resources, budgets, and executive-level communication.
• Valid United States work authorization is required without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• CSM, PSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, ITIL, or ITSM certification.
• Experience with DevOps, release management, cloud transformation, AWS, infrastructure technologies, and SDLC processes.
