What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of cross-functional IT and business projects from intake through delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Client Success, Finance, Product, Legal, Procurement, and InfoSec to align on goals, requirements, timelines, and outcomes.
• Manage project plans, workstreams, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Support RFPs, ROI analysis, vendor assessments, and implementation planning for SaaS tools and business systems.
• Use AI assistants and automation tools to improve research, documentation, workflows, and project productivity.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, decisions, and next steps; measure outcomes against business goals and expected ROI.

Requirements

• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong project management fundamentals with outcomes-focused execution.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects at once, ideally across global or distributed teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills to bring clarity and alignment.
• Experience with SaaS tools and business systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot or similar).
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Canada.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, CSM, or similar project management certifications.
• Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Management, or a related field.
• Hands-on curiosity/experience using AI or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Workato or similar).
