What you will do
- Own the first three months of the AI Voice Agent (AIVA) customer lifecycle to ensure successful go-live.
- Serve as the customer's project manager, coordinating with technical support for seamless implementation.
- Drive product adoption by guiding customers through setup, use case design, and rollout.
- Act as a product expert, sharing best practices for AI workflows and connected tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an onboarding specialist in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Comfortability with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Technical proficiency in tools like Zapier, Make, HubSpot, and Zendesk.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Experience in business calling software, cloud communication, or AI solutions.
