What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new enterprise clients.
• Capture, document, and validate client requirements for product configuration.
• Coordinate with technical teams to support custom integrations and data migrations.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and risk assessments throughout the onboarding process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing blockers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to communicate feature requests and improve the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, professional services, or project management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and technical concepts.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools like Salesforce, Jira, or Asana.

Nice to have

• German language proficiency.
