What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex client implementations from kickoff to completion.
• Lead cross-functional planning, including requirements gathering, scope verification, and milestone definition.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between clients, partners, and internal engineering and product teams.
• Maintain project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Communicate project status, blockers, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within SaaS, ideally in onboarding or solution engineering.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with product data feed formats (XML, TXT, CSV, JSON), FTP, and API.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with project management documentation.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role within SaaS.
• Familiarity with API integrations (REST and SOAP).
• Experience working with enterprise clients or in the e-commerce industry.
• Formal training or certification in Project Management methodologies (PMI, Agile, etc.).
