Location: Hybrid (Manila, Philippines). Fixed work schedule: Monday through Friday, 10pm-7am Manila time.
Salary: ₱65,717 – ₱82,142 per month

What you will do
- Act as the primary internal and external contact for new clients during the onboarding process.
- Assist clients with data configuration and product user interface setup within the application.
- Lead client-facing activities and coordinate implementation project initiatives to meet milestones and goals.
- Collaborate with Product Support to report and follow through on product requests and bugs.
- Demonstrate system functionality and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and product adoption.
- Educate and develop team members assigned to implementation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS product organization.
- Experience in product support, implementation, or project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for working with large data sets.
- Understanding of how relational databases work.
- Must be based in Manila to support the hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Experience in survey analysis, compensation program management, or compensation systems.
