Senior Analyst - Client Accounting Services (Accounting/Finance)

Location: Remote in the United States; department location listed as Chicago, Illinois.

Salary range: $84,600–$151,200 annually.

What you will do

• Execute daily accounting and finance responsibilities for a variety of mid-market business process outsourcing clients.
• Perform month-end close and recurring finance and accounting tasks.
• Build and implement financial and operational infrastructure for client engagements.
• Streamline reporting and finance processes.
• Analyze Excel data sets to identify key trends and observations.
• Manage multiple workstreams and projects while maintaining accurate, consistent work products.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Ability to work proactively under limited supervision or in a team environment and handle tight timelines.
• Effective communication skills and comfort asking questions.
• Attention to detail and a logical, organized, process-driven approach.
• Ability to demonstrate servant leadership, solution-focused thinking, collaboration, trust, and impact and influence.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Previous consulting, accounting, or finance experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products other than Excel.
