What you will do

• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing tactics and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal designers, writers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project launches.
• Maintain and improve processes to ensure high-quality marketing deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal service providers and external vendors as required.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management.
• Post-secondary education in marketing or a related field.
• Proven ability to create workback schedules and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for influencing and negotiating with diverse stakeholders.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Waterloo, Ontario.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Wrike platform.
• Understanding of social media advertising and digital marketing principles.
• Knowledge of digital marketing compliance standards such as CASL and AODA.
