What you will do

• Plan, manage, and implement website updates and Salesforce integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website and API-related technical issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve channel partner tools and internal reporting processes.
• Act as the subject matter expert for channel partner tools and manage the update calendar.
• Implement and monitor engagement metrics on the partner portal to track performance.
• Create and maintain training documentation in video, written, and presentation formats.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in website management and CRM integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related work experience.
• Hands-on experience with web content management systems (Umbraco preferred).
• Understanding of API development, website security, and Salesforce workflows.
• Strong project management, oral, and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Mississauga, Canada for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JavaScript frameworks, and UI libraries.
• Familiarity with JIRA or other project management tools.
• Strong understanding of data flows between websites and CRMs.
