Salary: $110,100 - $175,900 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead global Lab projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget goals are met.
  • Ensure system redundancy, reliability, and maintainability of electrical and mechanical lab infrastructure.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of lab equipment and network infrastructure.
  • Design and manage lab space requirements using CAD and perform feasibility studies.
  • Develop, track, and report KPIs related to sustainability and resource efficiency.
  • Serve as a member of the local Health & Safety Team and support Business Continuity Planning (BCP).

Requirements

  • Electrical Degree is required.
  • Must be based in Ottawa, Canada.
  • Experience in Corporate Real Estate and Lab Management is strongly preferred.
  • PMP & CEM Certification or equivalent experience in managing capital projects.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
