What you will do

• Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• Communicate project status and escalations to clients and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 4–5 years of experience managing software implementation projects in a client-facing environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Experience managing and influencing senior-level client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.
• PMP certification.
• Experience working within cybersecurity or enterprise software implementation environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
