Location: Must be based in Canada
Salary: CAD $85,000 – $100,000

What you will do
- Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage risks, issues, and change requests.
- Communicate project status and escalations to clients and leadership.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 4–5 years of experience managing software implementation projects in a client-facing environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Experience managing and influencing senior-level client relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.
- PMP certification.
- Experience working within cybersecurity or enterprise software implementation environments.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
