What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for multiple cross-functional initiatives, covering planning, budgeting, and implementation.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and health indicators according to established governance standards.
• Facilitate project retrospectives and requirement sessions to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Oversee project budgets, including tracking and accounting for project-related expenditures.
• Manage inter-team dependencies and resolve scheduling conflicts between internal and vendor teams.
• Collaborate with the Solution Delivery Centre of Excellence to refine and improve project management practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing technical and business projects, preferably in fintech or IT.
• Eligibility to work in Canada in a full-time capacity.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and navigate complex, changing environments.
• Excellent communication skills for formal and informal reporting to senior management.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with Planview PPM.
