What you will do

  • Call every inbound lead within five minutes and convert them into qualified conversations.
  • Run outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn against a CFO / Head-of-Controlling target list and expand it.
  • Qualify leads aggressively through gatekeepers to earn a CFO’s attention and book only the right sessions.
  • Book qualified Gameplan Sessions and protect the show rate (a booking alone is not enough).
  • Log every outcome in GoHighLevel CRM and keep the pipeline clean.
  • Use AI to research accounts, improve messaging, and increase outreach effectiveness.

Requirements

  • German: business-fluent, C-level-credible German for calls with CFOs and gatekeepers.
  • 1+ years in inside sales, appointment setting, or SDR work in B2B German-speaking markets (ideally software/consulting/professional or financial services).
  • Proven ability to manage both outbound activity quota and inbound speed-to-lead responsibility.
  • CRM discipline as a core part of daily work.
  • Calm, resilient, and persistent phone presence; comfort handling rejection and voicemail.
  • Comfort using AI tools daily (or ability to learn fast).

Nice to have

  • Experience setting or selling into finance and controlling buyers.
  • Background in data, BI, software, or consulting.
  • Solid English to work with the team.
