Location: Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa. Role is fully remote but requires working US business hours.
Salary: $1,200–$1,400 + commission

What you will do
- Conduct consistent outbound prospecting and lead generation targeting US-based companies.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Consultatively pitch agency offerings to match prospect needs with scalable services.
- Manage lead data and pipeline stages within the GoHighLevel CRM.
- Secure and schedule qualified appointments for the agency leadership team.
- Track and report on outreach KPIs to meet monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience as an appointment setter or BDR.
- Native-level English proficiency with neutral communication skills.
- Proven track record in digital marketing agencies with knowledge of SEO and web development.
- Experience navigating the US private B2B market culture.
- Strong pipeline management skills using modern CRMs.
- Ability to work US business hours and observe US Federal Holidays.
