What you will do

• Assess and improve department workflows to enhance operating efficiencies.
• Manage transformation projects in alignment with governance standards and performance frameworks.
• Monitor adherence to SLAs and KPIs while ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
• Lead and develop direct reports through goal setting and performance feedback.
• Coordinate new business onboarding, including bank setup and accounting software integration.
• Collaborate with leadership on department objectives and Client Accounting committee initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Creve Coeur, Missouri
• Proven experience in accounting leadership and project management.
• Strong understanding of governance standards, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Ability to manage and develop diverse accounting teams.
• Proficiency in financial transaction oversight and reporting compliance.
