What you will do

• Lead delivery planning and execution for multiple concurrent AI-enabled product initiatives, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Product Management, Engineering, Data, Security, and Legal stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain delivery governance practices, operational cadences, and reporting standards.
• Translate architecture discussions and system dependencies into executable delivery plans and operational milestones.
• Coordinate release readiness for AI products, including deployment planning and operational support preparation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement operational improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness and engineering efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, software delivery, or related operational leadership.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional software delivery across distributed or global teams.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC methodologies and agile delivery practices.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI-enabled products, machine learning initiatives, or data-intensive platforms.
• Familiarity with Knowledge Graph concepts, ontology frameworks, and LLM capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with ML engineering and data science teams.
• Knowledge of cloud-based environments, CI/CD pipelines, and APIs.
