Salary: CAD $120,000 – CAD $139,156 annually

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of high-visibility, multi-team technical initiatives.
• Establish durable program governance frameworks and operating cadences.
• Identify and eliminate systemic execution bottlenecks across engineering and product teams.
• Define program success criteria tied to measurable business outcomes like reliability and performance.
• Partner with Engineering Directors and Product Leaders to resolve cross-team ambiguity.
• Mentor other TPMs and contribute to the continuous improvement of the operating model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 8–12+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs in SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated experience operating at Staff-level scope across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level documentation.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MS or MBA).
• Experience in multi-product SaaS platforms or ecosystem-based software companies.
• Experience supporting AI/ML initiatives or platform transformations.
• Familiarity with scaled Agile methodologies.
