What you will do

• Create and track Purchase Orders while monitoring production timelines and identifying delivery risks.
• Maintain accurate product data, specifications, and pricing within internal systems.
• Manage the complete product sample process, including shipment tracking, photography, and digital asset management.
• Act as the primary contact for private label suppliers to coordinate development updates and lead times.
• Assist buyers in supplier meetings, fit sessions, and product selection, documenting decisions for follow-up.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• Initial experience in business administration or supporting buying teams, ideally in trend-driven environments.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence in analyzing sales and stock data.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities independently.
• Passion for fashion and e-commerce trends, specifically regarding Shoes & Accessories.
• Fluent English skills.
