What you will do

• Track stock levels and ensure materials are available when and where needed
• Pack, label, and manage outgoing shipments via carriers like DHL and UPS, including customs paperwork
• Coordinate event logistics, including the packing and return of booth and conference materials
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on orders, timelines, and invoices
• Maintain organized storage areas and accurate inventory records using Google Sheets and Asana
• Support accounting through invoice processing and documentation

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Interest in logistics, operations, or supply chain management
• Fluency in English and German B2 level
• Proficiency with Google Sheets; experience with Asana is a plus
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany for onsite physical operations
