What you will do

• Manage and grow strategic accounts in Italy and Western Europe to ensure Bentley is the preferred business partner.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Account Plans to align Bentley's offerings with client business objectives.
• Execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and consistently overachieve financial goals.
• Build and maintain executive-level access and trusted advisor status within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operational teams to provide necessary cross-department support.
• Network and nurture strategic contacts at industry conferences and seminars to establish Bentley as an industry leader.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic sales with comparable vendors.
• Proven track record of successful strategic sales in the infrastructure market sector.
• Fluent Italian and Excellent English language and written communication skills.
• Demonstrable extensive network of senior infrastructure industry leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA is desirable).
• Strong professional presence on social platforms like LinkedIn.
