What you will do

• Lead and develop managers and software development teams within the GBAD C2 organization.
• Drive excellence in software development practices and evolve overall ways of working.
• Own and evolve the software strategy aligned with the GBAD C2 product roadmap.
• Ensure successful delivery in complex System-of-Systems and Large Scale Integration (LSI) environments.
• Create the necessary structures and conditions for predictable, high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues, customers, partners, and various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a leader of leaders within a software development organization.
• Strong technical background in software engineering and complex systems.
• Strategic, structured, and people-oriented leadership style.
• Ability to build trust and alignment through transparent communication and visual thinking.
• Must pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
• Citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
