• Build organizational capability to deliver high-quality products through long-term strategic planning.
• Coach and mentor development teams, providing technical expertise and guidance on Scrum principles.
• Facilitate the removal of obstacles and drive continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.
• Support Product Owners and ScrumMasters in executing implementation plans and creating roadmaps.
• Develop the technical skills of team members through on-the-job training and external development opportunities.
• Promote and share best practices across the organization to ensure consistent excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in Software Development, Design, and Testing.
• Over 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of professional software development practices and the full SDLC.
• Proven experience practicing agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
