Compensation: $170,000–$250,000 per year.

• Lead, mentor, and scale an interdisciplinary R&D team.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on experience in secure comms, SIGINT, spectrum management, RF sensing, AI, or software architecture.
• Must be a U.S. Person able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Strong executive presence and ability to translate technical complexity for stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of modern R&D workflows, agile methodologies, and PLM systems.
