What you will do

• Lead the Electronic Engineering function to achieve targets aligned with organizational and strategic goals.
• Oversee all electronic and electrical engineering work, including the management of outsourced activities.
• Review and approve engineering outputs to ensure strict compliance with technical requirements, standards, and regulations.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex electronic engineering and integration issues.
• Collaborate with project management, procurement, production, and test teams to achieve program objectives.
• Develop the department's organizational structure, including workforce planning, competence development, and performance management.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 20+ years of experience in electronic engineering, preferably within guided weapon systems development and production.
• Proven experience leading, managing, and mentoring engineering teams in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated experience across the full engineering lifecycle, including development, manufacturing, and testing.
• Strong foundation in electronic engineering principles, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
