Location: Must be based in Lund, Sweden

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of 10–15 engineers.
  • Drive software security compliance initiatives and certifications by translating requirements into engineering execution.
  • Own the execution of the cybersecurity roadmap and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, product management, and engineering leaders.
  • Manage line responsibilities including recruitment, budgeting, and employee development.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
  • Previous experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong background as a software developer or software architect.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity and software security principles.
  • Familiarity with embedded software or Linux-based systems.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with software security compliance, certifications, or regulatory frameworks.
  • Knowledge of embedded Linux platforms and device security.
  • Experience with hybrid architectures combining edge and cloud technologies.
