What you will do
- Drive the international sales strategy for Black Hat Europe and Asia, focusing on exhibition, sponsorship, and partnership revenue.
- Develop and execute territory-specific plans to maximize sponsor sales and ensure consistent year-over-year growth.
- Identify and establish new revenue channels, including sales agency partnerships, country pavilions, and channel partner programs.
- Manage a strategic sales territory, personally handling high-priority accounts and closing major deals.
- Lead and mentor the sales team and external partners to foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align event programming with regional market needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B event sales experience.
- 3+ years in a leadership role driving international revenue growth.
- Proven track record in trade shows, exhibitions, or conference sales across multiple markets.
- Experience working across EMEA, APAC, or other international markets.
- Ability to work in-person from the London office at least three days a week.
Nice to have
- Background in B2B technology sales or technology events.
- Experience with sales agency management or channel partnerships.
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry landscape and competitive event environment.
