TL;DR

Location: Hybrid; must work from the London office three days a week or more

What you will do

  • Drive the international sales strategy for Black Hat Europe and Asia, focusing on exhibition, sponsorship, and partnership revenue.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific plans to maximize sponsor sales and ensure consistent year-over-year growth.
  • Identify and establish new revenue channels, including sales agency partnerships, country pavilions, and channel partner programs.
  • Manage a strategic sales territory, personally handling high-priority accounts and closing major deals.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team and external partners to foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align event programming with regional market needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B event sales experience.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role driving international revenue growth.
  • Proven track record in trade shows, exhibitions, or conference sales across multiple markets.
  • Experience working across EMEA, APAC, or other international markets.
  • Ability to work in-person from the London office at least three days a week.

Nice to have

  • Background in B2B technology sales or technology events.
  • Experience with sales agency management or channel partnerships.
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry landscape and competitive event environment.
