What you will do
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key accounts in the APAC region.
- Assist with pre-sales engineering needs and facilitate entry into new markets.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for regional issues.
- Conduct product introduction, installation, and training sessions for business partners.
- Gather partner feedback to drive product improvements tailored for local markets.
- Represent the company at industry events alongside the business development team.
Requirements
- Must speak Japanese at a professional/fluent level
- English proficiency required
- 2+ years of work experience in technical support and/or account management.
- Ability to travel up to 50% across the APAC region.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and vendors.
Nice to have
- Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Sciences.
- Industry experience in Electronic Security, CCTV, Telecom, Cybersecurity, or IoT.
