What you will do

• Collaborate with account teams to develop and execute value delivery strategies for key accounts.
• Engage with customers to quantify unique challenges and align hirify.global solutions with their strategic initiatives.
• Lead business value reviews and create executive-level presentations to communicate economic benefits.
• Work with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions to specific customer needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on hirify.global solutions and industry trends.
• Provide training and workshops to internal colleagues on value-based selling methodologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, financial analysis, or solution architecture within the software industry.
• Proven track record in value-based selling methodologies.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and facilitate executive-level discussions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA/public accounting background.
