What you will do

• Act as the primary Customer Success contact for Japanese clients operating or expanding in international markets.

• Coordinate multi-market requests by defining scope and timelines to ensure efficient execution.
• Drive onboarding and adoption of NIQ platforms through client training and support.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to improve research efficiency and daily client communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Background in Customer Success, consulting, analytics, market research, or account management.
• Professional proficiency in both Japanese and English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience or willingness to use AI-powered tools for productivity and research.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and time zones.
