What you will do
- Act as the primary Customer Success contact for Japanese clients operating or expanding in international markets.
- Lead business reviews and presentations to communicate data and insights related to global performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to resolve service-related inquiries and data quality issues.
- Coordinate multi-market requests by defining scope and timelines to ensure efficient execution.
- Drive onboarding and adoption of NIQ platforms through client training and support.
- Utilize AI-driven tools to improve research efficiency and daily client communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Background in Customer Success, consulting, analytics, market research, or account management.
- Professional proficiency in both Japanese and English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience or willingness to use AI-powered tools for productivity and research.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and time zones.
