Solution Consultant

Location: Must be based in Japan (Tokyo), offering a hybrid work model.

What you will do

• Lead conceptual and detailed design sessions to identify client master data management requirements.
• Analyze business issues and data challenges to document current and future state processes.
• Define and configure the hirify.global STEP platform to meet client needs.
• Review and edit requirements, specifications, and business process recommendations.
• Support project managers in identifying risks, timelines, and critical path activities.
• Assist the sales team during the RFI and RFP process for implementation-related areas.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Fluent Japanese and English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in the software industry, preferably in Master Data Management or Information Management.
• Degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience.
• Thorough understanding of system design principles and SDLC.
• Experience in solution consulting and facilitating discussions with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong data analysis skills.

Nice to have

• Programming skills, specifically JavaScript.
