What you will do

• Manage celebrity and talent bookings for digital, print, and video content across all German titles.
• Identify and propose emerging talent, including musicians, actors, influencers, and tastemakers.
• Collaborate with editorial, commercial, and video departments to contribute casting ideas.
• Partner with the global Talent Group network to share resources, updates, and project status reports.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the German pop culture landscape to inform casting decisions.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (C1 level required).
• Proven background in editorial, commercial, digital, or TV booking.
• Strong existing relationships with celebrity publicists, studios, music labels, and streaming networks.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet strict deadlines.
• Must be based in Munich, Germany.
