What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruitment from kickoff to close for assigned global functions.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring role types.
- Partner with hiring managers to implement structured, evidence-based interview processes.
- Manage end-to-end candidate experience to ensure a positive employer brand regardless of the outcome.
- Maintain meticulous recruitment data and documentation within Teamtailor.
- Contribute to DEI, employer branding, and collective TA team learning.
Requirements
- 4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments.
- Fluent English proficiency is required.
- Proven ability to use AI tools for sourcing and summarization to increase leverage.
- Strong process discipline and ability to manage hiring managers effectively.
- Experience in running evidence-based debriefs and reducing bias in hiring.
