What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment from kickoff to close for assigned global functions.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring role types.
  • Partner with hiring managers to implement structured, evidence-based interview processes.
  • Manage end-to-end candidate experience to ensure a positive employer brand regardless of the outcome.
  • Maintain meticulous recruitment data and documentation within Teamtailor.
  • Contribute to DEI, employer branding, and collective TA team learning.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments.
  • Fluent English proficiency is required.
  • Proven ability to use AI tools for sourcing and summarization to increase leverage.
  • Strong process discipline and ability to manage hiring managers effectively.
  • Experience in running evidence-based debriefs and reducing bias in hiring.

Nice to have

  • German language proficiency.
